Refund Policy
We are always happy when you are happy with our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery please contact us at customercare@yasemia.com so we can arrange your return. You are entitled to return items within 30 calendar days of delivery receipt.
Earrings cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons.
We are very sorry in case you received any fault with Yasèmia jewellery. We would be happy to offer a full refund or a new product.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges in sale items.
If you receive a damaged package, please be so kind to inform us the soonest as possible via email to customercare@yasemia.com.
Please pay attention that the returned item should be unused, with all its original tags, box, documents and receipts and that you keep a copy of your postage. The Yasèmia box in which your jewellery is packed, cannot be used as a shipping box.
We are very sorry that we cannot cover the shipping fees of a returned item. We can issue a refund or replace the damaged item after we receive the returned item and examine it carefully.

Although we use very good tracking for our shipping, inconvenient situations may occur. In case of a lost package, please be so kind to send us an email to customercare@yasemia.com in order to resolve the issue the soonest as possible.
Please allow a 7 days period till your refund or exchange (in case of the above) is processed. After a refund or exchange, you'll receive a confirmation email from us.
